US General allegedly covers up soldiers treated like they were in Auschwitz over Congressional election

You want to talk about insane minds? If this turns out to be true, this general should take the award for the insane mind of the year.

In September 2011, The Wall Street Journal reported from Kabul that U.S. officers found that patients at the hospital were routinely dying of simple infections and starving to death, while corrupt doctors and nurses demanded bribes for food and basic care.

Is there any justification at all for leaving US soldiers in an Afghanistan hospital staffed by corrupt Afghan doctors and nurses who are abusing our soldiers who are there risking their lives for these very same people who are allegedly torturing, starving them  and even killing them? Can you believe anybody with even half of a conscious would let this happen much less try to justify it? It certainly shouldn’t happen to a dog, much less US soldiers, or anyone for that matter.

US military officers accused one of the highest-ranking US commanders in Afghanistan, Lieutenant General William Caldwell, of trying to cover up a horrifying scandal at a taxpayer-funded hospital in Kabul to limit bad news in an election year, the AFP reports.

Colonel Mark Fassl, who testified Tuesday, said he was shocked when Lt. Gen. William Caldwell cited the then-upcoming 2010 congressional elections as the reason not to investigate the hospital.

The general reportedly said at the time: “How could we … make this request with elections coming? He calls me Bill.”

So, this general is using an election as justification for all this? If so he belongs in Hell with people like Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin in our book.

If this is true there’s absolutely no justification for not arresting him immediately and giving him a full court-martial. If Obama or Biden or anyone in the Obama administration or Congress was aware of this travesty then they should be impeached or arrested at once.

Using US soldiers as political tools should not be tolerated by either party. What we read about the VA is bad enough sometimes, this is well beyond that.

We’d even go as far as to say that a firing squad would be too good for this guy.

We’ll have to wait and see what this investigation turns up and if it turns out to be true, if anyone in Congress has the cojones to properly deal with it.

If true, this general should take up the old Roman tradition of falling on his sword.

Planned Parenhood and Representative Cliff Stearns

OK, so tell us what’s wrong with this picture? Is this an insane minds moment or what?

According to this article at The Daily Caller, Planned Parenthood aborted 324,008 unborn children in 2010. It appears that not one peep was heard about this from Representative Cliff Stearns.

Yet let one adult person die, a 24-year-old Tonya Reaves, who died from hemorrhaging post-abortion and now all of a sudden Representative Stearns announces that he has to have hearings on Planned Parenthood.

So what’s wrong with this picture? 324,008 unborn children? No problem! One adult female who had an abortion dies? We need hearings!

The pro-life Susan B. Anthony List also called for further investigations into the group following Reaves’ death.

OK, so they’re pro-life and they too appear worried about one person and seemingly are ignoring the 324,008 dead babies from 2010? Go figure.

Talk about insane minds.

The election and the race card

It appears the Romney campaign has made what we think is its first alleged racial faux pas and that Obama’s handlers have of course jumped all over it. Allegedly, one of Romney’s “unnamed advisers” told someone at The Telegraph:

‘We are part of an Anglo-Saxon heritage, and he feels that the special relationship is special.’

Now in our humble opinion we don’t really see how this statement could be misconstrued to be something that Team Obama could toss down on a green felt covered card table as a race card. We’re also suspicious because no names on either side of this event are being put forth. (So far anyway).

Just because it’s inferred that Romney is closely related via his Anglo-Saxon heritage, doesn’t mean that anyone was inferring anything else up to and including that somehow he’s better than Obama because he’s white, or has an Anglo-Saxon heritage, or that Obama, being half-black and half-white, isn’t someone the British prefer to deal with as compared to Romney.

This should be a warning to Team Romney that anything and everything said, no matter how innocent, will have large warehouses full of Team Obama people trying to spin it, especially if they can play it as a race card. If played skilfully (and no matter what you want to say about Team Obama they’re not stupid people) they’ll have millions of Obamabots nodding their heads in approval.

Meanwhile comments about Mormon’s, special underwear and other insults constantly hurled at Romney, per usual, continue to be ignored by the mainstream media.
